Just putting an ad in the paper doesn't go very far in selling your home.  There are some broad categories in buyers such as first time buyers, retirees, moving up in value or in size, fixer uppers, etc.  We analyze each property to find the most likely buyers to target and concentrate on a variety of different publications to promote each property.  Of course ads are placed in the local paper, the Bureau County Republican, as well as the News Tribune covering mainly the

LaSalle/Peru area and into Princeton.  We use both display and classified ads as well as a regular ad to promote our website.  Great results are seen with ads placed in the local free papers such as the Shopper, Thrifty Nickel and the daily "Good Morning Princeton".  In cooperation with select area offices, we publish the "Real Estate Review" about every month with full color photos which are distributed to dozens of local hot spots such as restaurants, antique shops and gas stations.  There are over 14 different Homes magazines reaching our northern Illinois area where we rotate ads to reach different potential buyers from the Chicago, Peoria and Quad cities areas.

Part of our marketing strategy is direct mail and our newsletter which reaches over 600 clients.  One buyer had seen a home in the local paper, looked it up on the website and came in the office holding an ad from our Real Estate Review - it took three advertising mediums for them to want to see that property.  That is a part of the diversified, coordinated efforts to give your home full exposure.  An experienced agent with an office team to write compelling ads and flyers for the Infobox and design appealing websites  all work together to find the right buyer for your home.
