• To explain how buyers are provided through intense advertising campaigns of Girard Realty.


• To distribute "info sheets" on your property to buyers and other agents.


• To submit your exclusive listing to the Illini Valley Multiple Listing Service immediately via our on-line system.


• To order the impressive Girard Realty "for sale" sign installed on your property in 3 days.


• To arrange for all cooperating local agents to preview your property as soon as possible.
